Social Workers

We are currently in search of skilled Fostering and Adoption Assessment Social Workers who possess the ability to successfully complete Form Fs, provide informative training on fostering, lead fostering information sessions, and actively engage in fostering recruitment and marketing activities.


To be considered for this position, you must fulfill the following criteria:


- Possess a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.

- Have post-qualification experience working with children in care and completing Form F assessments for potential foster carers.

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Fostering Services Regulations 2011 and National Minimum Standards for Fostering Services.

- Possess excellent communication skills, impeccable time management, and IT proficiency, and be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

- Hold a full UK driving licence, own your vehicle, and be willing to travel.


This position is subject to enhanced DBS and two satisfactory references.
